We are delighted to invite you to IBM and Luma-IT’s FREE Skills Masterclass for Non-Profit Organisations which will take place on Monday 2nd November 2015 (9.30am – 4.30pm) at Robertson House.
This session will focus on Project Management and should be useful to anyone who is responsible for managing tasks in a timely manner, within budget and within scope.
No previous experience of Project Management is necessary as our full day interactive workshop, led by IBM’s experts, will guide you step by step through the process with practical tasks to work on your own current challenges and a framework to take away for future use.

16.00 – Managing the project budget and using a project control book, managing the project team. Exercise: Project budget
16.15 – Managing changes to the project and closing a project. Exercise: Change request
16.30 – Discussion around how to troubleshoot a project & feedback/close
