First Line Support.
You will be at the coal face dealing with problems as they come in and finding solutions for our customers.
Each day will be varied, and you will need a broad experience of Technology within the workplace. Ideally you will have a couple of years’ of working in a similar role and are looking for a fresh challenge.

Apprentice - First Line Support
Working as part of a highly experienced and skilled team you will form part for the Service Desk who will help develop your technical skills into a skilled Technician who could handle most IT Problems found within a business. They are opportunities to go in any direction within the IT field as our work is mixed and varied. More importantly however are our customers and how you deal with them.
Our business has grown through recommendations and referrals and we are very protective of the standards we expect when dealing with our customers – so customer service is going to be critical for your success in this role.
