Alan McFarlane

Technical Director

Alan started working in IT in 1993, gaining his CCIE (the highest level of network certification) in 1997.

Currently, there are less than 1000 engineers of this calibre working in the UK, so Alan’s skills and knowledge are at the highest level.

He has extensive programming skills, is a subject matter expert in wireless communications and knows IT systems inside out.

Paul Rankin

Paul Rankin


Paul brings 25 years of IT experience to the business.

Having had industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL, coupled with an extensive and varied career there are very few IT situations or problems he has not encountered!

He consulted in Internet solutions as early as 1997, and has worked with companies including IBM, Diageo, Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays, Transport for London and Defra.

Setting up the company as a Social Enterprise was an easy decision as it captures how we do business.


Zishan Iqbal (Zee)

Service Desk Manager

Zee is responsible for our Service Desk.

Recommended to us from one of our customers his passion for technology is clear but more importantly is his dedication to our customers.

His background in Aerospace Engineering brought in useful skills like project management and working to deadlines while his volunteering has shown his passion and commitment to his work.
